As a manager or senior manager with an emphasis in high net worth services, you’ll play a leading role in providing our clients with proactive tax planning, compliance, strategic consulting and assistance with estate and trust planning. You’ll supervise and manage all phases of the work and have the primary relationship with many clients. You’ll also provide leadership, supervision, training and feedback to our staff and senior accountants. In addition to client work, as a senior member of our team you’ll participate in growing the firm — through your relationships with clients and other centers of influence in the community, and by developing and maintaining visibility as a thought leader and subject matter expert. You will also use your communication and interpersonal skills for such activities as presentations and article or blog writing assignments with assistance from our marketing department. You’ll also be encouraged to become involved in activities that benefit the Seattle community. They are looking for someone who has recent public accounting experience, preferably serving in a similar manager role specializing in high net worth clients.
You will be required to continually develop your expertise in this area to become a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the practice. You will also provide specialized review of complex tax returns, as well as perform research and planning tailored to the clients' needs. The successful candidate will be able to strengthen existing client relationships, be part of developing new business and serve as a coach to less tenured employees.
A CPA license is also required for this role.
Salary range: 150k-180k DOE
